Initial Consultation
Free & No Obligation
We begin with a gentle conversation to understand your situation, needs, and timing. This is a space to ask questions, share concerns, and explore whether end-of-life doula support feels right for you. There’s no pressure or commitment—just an open invitation to connect.
- Typically 30-45 minutes by phone or video
- Space to share your story and concerns
- Questions answered with care and honesty
- No obligation to proceed
Personalized Support Plan
Tailored to Your Needs
If we decide to work together, I’ll create a support plan tailored to your unique circumstances. This plan remains flexible—it can evolve as needs change, always honoring your pace and preferences.
- Based on individual and family wishes
- Flexible scheduling options
- Coordination with existing care teams
- Adjustable as circumstances change
Ongoing Presence
Steady Companionship
Support is provided through scheduled visits, phone availability, or on-call presence during active dying. I remain a steady, calm presence through the peaks and valleys of this journey—available when you need me, never intrusive.
- Regular scheduled visits
- Emotional support for family members
- Gentle guidance through next steps
- Follow-up check-ins as needed
Closing & After-Death Support
Continued Care
Support doesn’t end at the moment of death. I remain available to help families navigate the immediate aftermath—offering emotional support, practical guidance, and simply being present during those tender first hours and days.
- Presence in the hours following death
- Emotional support for family members
- Gentle guidance through next steps
- Follow-up check-ins as needed
