Pausing is often misunderstood as hesitation. In reality, a pause is a conscious choice to notice rather than react. In moments of transition, this pause becomes powerful.
The in-between moment — after something has ended but before something new begins — holds valuable insight. When we pause here, we give ourselves permission to feel, reflect, and breathe. This pause creates space for understanding that constant motion would otherwise conceal.
Presence during a pause restores balance. It teaches us that not every moment requires action. Sometimes, the most meaningful movement begins in stillness.
